Cathepsin Probes

ActivX has developed cathepsin probes based on the acyloxymethyl ketone motif containing either fluorescent or desthiobiotin tags. The probes are cell-permeable and can be used to profile cathepsins or cathepsin inhibitors in either lysates or live cells.
